L-Very pale straw with a tiiiny amount of haze. Poured with a ring of bubbles that has dissipated.
S- A very mild perfumed/floral note.
T- Floral again, thin, watery, some dryness into the finish reminiscent of either CO2 (ie like soda water) or that of a dry white wine.
F- Very unbeer-like. The ABV% really has no presence at all.
O- It's unusual for sure. I get that east Asian beers tend to be light on hops/bitterness as many Asian palates are intolerant to that (the Asian 'bitter gene'). Here the dryness is more like that in soda water than from hops. The perfumed floral note is the most prominent aspect for me. I can see a market for this in hot Asian countries, it's light, low-bitterness and quite refreshing. That said I'm drinking this in London! The beer having been decanted from a keg/tap into a 330ml bottle and bought for me today from Singapore. I'll sum up; certainly different hence interesting, not really any fit for my local beer culture in Europe, perhaps as unbeer-like as I can imagine.
