February 21st, 2015 - Mostly clear but with a veneer of haze, my pour of this brew comes almost sloshing out of the glass, quickly perfuming the air with the signature tang of a rose. It's a little hard to smell over the aroma of barbecue in the air, but the champagne notes are clear. The flavor leans more heavily in the direction of marshmallow, mixed with white wine vinegar. And do I detect - gasp! A slight glimmer of yuzu? I believe so, and it accents this wheat ale in a very nice fashion.
