Golden color with a thin head with a medium retention.
Aroma with notes of lemon, oranges and lots of lemongrass.
Flavor with notes of herbal hops, lots of pineapple, oranges, lemon, spices, a bit of apple puree and coriander. Dry and bitter aftertaste with a lingering herbal-citrus note.
Light body with good carbonation.
This is a pleasant and well-crafted Belgian Golden Ale with a Witbier signature. The combo worked well, I could have several of those.
