Pale Rye Ale

This full flavored yet refreshing Ale is brewed using heritage Rye malt, six-row barley, and in house toasted Appalachian wheat. We hopped this offering with a healthy dose of whole leaf German Opal that gives it a distinctly bitter finish. We then fermented it in American white oak barrels on traditional British Ale yeast.
