Pink shade of murky orange. Head sticks around reasonably long, and is what you expect from a weisse.
Aroma is pungently tart, with clear plum notes. Could be more complex.
Taste is smoothly tart, plum is subdued, the creaminess is appropriate and nice. Just enough tingling carbonation to keep up the interest. Medium length.
Hard to get truly interested in this. Yet, this is excellently drinkable, especially on a hot summer's day. I just wish for something that would grab my attention, just a little bit.
