This beer is available as of 8/20/13, at least in the French Basque region.
Starts with a three finger head that dissipates steadily until no bubbles are apparent. No notable lace. Golden color with a mild haze.
There's a bit of a barnyard aroma. I also note some caramel and light alcohol.
Starts with a mildly sweet pale malt flavor. Full bodied and lowly carbonated. Not much hop for balance. The finish is creamy with a touch of alcohol.
