Pours a very hazed amber with a thumb of rocky cream colored head. Stays hazed, great head retention & lacing
S: Faint grainyness & breadyness, pears once warm
T: Bready sweetness, rye pepperyness with pear up front. Some pears, dryness & cakeyness, with rye bite as this warms. Finishes dry with cakey sweetness, peppery bitterness & jammyness
MF: Medium body with slight carbonation, carbonation builds as this warms, decent balance
Drinks alright, I suspect this is old, but since there is no clearly marked date I can only guess
