The head was creamy and soft, it faded not too quickly, but I would have appreciated to look at it a bit longer. The body showed a nice hazy golden color. The smell seemed a bit drier than in other witbiers, but appealing nonetheless. The taste was very pleasantly wheaty with very fresh notes of citrus (sweet clementines, the ones with a soft skin that melt in your mouth, not the bitter ones that you have to chew forever before you decide to spit them on the table (or not on the table)) and yeast. The wheat seemed a bit drier than in other witbiers. It reminded me a bit of tortilla chips. Quite crunchy, with some interesting consistency, but remaining round and highly drinkable. This would be such a good apéritif. It makes me really hungry, and it is very refreshing and very enjoyable. Im proud to be Alsatian (now).
