On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
Pours a golden dark-ish brown, with a quarter inch head, and a little bit of lacing.
Smells like raisins, caramel, dark fruits, and a little bit of sweet estery alcohol.
This is one of the better beers they've made so far. A good amount of candied toffee sweetness, some raisin, caramel, prune, and plum, with a little bit of warming alchohol.
This is medium bodied, with a creamy, full mouthfeel, and a higher level of carbonation.
Really solid. Not quite the top level of dubbels, but still very tasty.
