On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a light straw yellow, with no real head or lacing.
Smells a little bit sour, with hay and lemon, and not much else.
This is definitely refreshing, with a moderate sour bite, along with a perplexingly salty finish, almost gose-like. There's a good amount of lemon, hay, and lactic acid. I've heard this was dry-hopped with Amarillo, but that's not really all that noticeable at all.
This is light bodied, with a crisp and slightly biting mouthfeel, and a higher level of carbonation. Very drinkable.
Might have been the best beer of the day today at Swiftwater.
