On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY. The version I had tonight was 2.7%. Crazy.
This one pours a mostly clear medium amber brown, with a half inch head, and just a small amount of lacing.
As expected, the aroma on this one is light- it is only 2.7%. I get some cereal grains, a bit of caramel, and a little bit of roastiness.
This is unbelievably drinkable, but that's to be expected. It's got a fairly full body for the lower ABV, and a surprising amount of flavor as wel. It's obviously not the boldest thing you'll ever have, but it's still quite good. It's a little bit roasty, with some caramel sweetness, and a definite graininess. This is the definition of sessionable.
This is lighter bodied, with a crisp mouthfeel, and a normal level of carbonation.
A nice little beer from Swiftwater- I could see myself drinking a good amount of this.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
