Appearance: dark brown, near black with thin light brown head
Smell: very robust as far as brown ales go. Lots of roasted malt, milk chocolate, toasted almond.
Taste: excellent. Similar to the smell with a bit more emphasis on the toasted nut flavor. Some vanilla, hints of caramel. Excellent.
Mouthfeel: extremely smooth, full-bodied for the style, medium carbonation.
Overall: excellent example of the style
