Stopped by SWBC after friend recommended the BA Sour. So glad I did. Top notch sour that really benefited from the oak. Very well balanced. A bit thin on the look...little head/retention. But nose was awesome. Fruit, wood, lactose, some sour bite. Taste was just spot on. Tart green apple that had big but not overwhelming hits of new oak. Perfectly controlled lactic. Fresh, crisp and tart...with no over boil sour / curdled milk aftertaste. Body was slightly full, which I like. Not overly thin, and not overly astringent. Just a well crafted beer that suggests others could really learn something from these guys.
