There was some nice peach flavor in this beer but the lack of much of a malt backbone and the presence of off-flavors preventing it from being nearly as tasty as it should have been.

Opaque and cloudy, pale straw with peach and purple highlights. No real head or lace develops.
The aroma is quite sour with a background of horse blanket. Fermented peaches and sourdough are prominent.
A strong, tart, sweetness results in mouth puckering. A non-descript, yet prominent, fruitiness is reminiscent of Juicy Fruit gum. Acidity comes out in the middle and lingers through a long finish. Shortly after pouring, oak becomes prominent, as does the flavor of Sour Patch Kids.
This beer is super dry with significantly greater alcohol presence than anticipated from 4%. The texture ranges from satin to wool, while the medium body is lifted by vigorous carbonation.
This is certainly a sipping beer and easily pairs with a strong, hard cheese. I enjoyed it after arriving home early on a cool, overcast day.

The first time I had it it seemed to be overly sour, but I tried it again later in the evening and it seemed to have mellowed out a bit. It's very tasty, and a quality beer from rochester.
