Muddy appearance. Robust caramel nose but a weirdly vegetal taste. Not sure if this was the draft line, but all told this was a dud.

On tap at McCann's Local Meats in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear light brown, with a small head, and no lacing.
Smells fairly generically sweet, some caramel, honey, candied fruit, and some earthiness.
This is a bit too thinly flavored, but it's got the right idea. There's some earthy bitterness that's unlike the typical dopplebock flavor, at least in what I've found. There's some sweet, honey, caramel, and old dried fruit. It doesn't pop quite like I expect a dopplebock too.
This is light bodied, too light for the style, with a moderate level of carbonation.
Not one of Swift Water's best beers, but still enjoyable any way.
