On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a slightly hazy light yellow, with not much of a head, and a bit of lacing.
The hopping smells spot on here, love Galaxy hops- there's orange, passionfruit, melon, and mango. It doesn't smell all that sour, really.
The good news with this one is that the Galaxy hopping is quite nice- all of the fun citrusy attributes mentioned above are there. However, this is only mildly sour- I could hardly tell it was a sour without reading the board. Still tasty, just slightly disappointing in that regard.
This is lighter bodied, with a nice juicy mouthfeel, and a good level of carbonation.
Not too bad, but I wished for more acidity and tartness.
