On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear light amber, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like bready malt, with spicy and floral hops.
The taste is similar. It's not unique for the style, but it's the perfect balance between the hops and bready malt character. Even though it's not unique, it's still nice to see an American brewery basically nail the style.
This is light bodied, crisp and very clean, with a good level of carbonation.
Swiftwater tends to do this sort of thing pretty well.
