This one pours a light and slightly hazy orange color, with some light floaties, a very small head that disappears basically immediately, and no lacing.
This smells like, well...pure guava, with some nice Upland-like acidity, grassiness, lemon rind, and some light acidity.
This is really quite nice, and definitely the best sour Swiftwater has produced yet. The guava is expressed very well- it's strong, juicy, and fairly sour, but finishes surprisingly dry. There's a prickly and strong funk, and a bit of oak, with a moderate lemon-like acidity.
This is light bodied, crisp, and fairly clean, with a nice drinkability to it.
This is really impressive- I wish I had gotten more bottles of it.
