From a can from Wegman's (via a co-worker). Dated 03/05/20 (I think - hard to read. ;) ).

Hazy reddish-pink, with light, quickly-dissipating pink head.

Smell is dried raspberry and fresh lime. The lime aroma is more pronounced from the open can. Raspberry predominates from the glass. I don't get any of the "fresh ocean breeze", of a typical gose.

Taste is mildly sour raspberry, red grapefruit, and lime. There is a slight savory flavor near finish, that is not quite bread crust-like, that could be from malt, or coriander, or both. Light saltiness and bitterness.

Feel is light, with moderately prickly carbonation. The typical mucilaginous after-feel is present at the back of the palate, after finish.

Overall, decent, and I wouldn't mind having it again, especially on a hot summer day. Wish it had a bit more fruit, and a bit more carbonation . Orrrr......maybe it would be better if the abv was dialed back a bit? In any event, worth a try, if you like sour styles.

12 oz can with “DOB” dating of 2-8-19

Red raspberry colored pour with a lasting red hued cap, initially a bit fizzy, with bubbles continuing to rise.

Mixed fruit on the sniff.

Refreshing, light, mildly tart, fruited up brew, with raspberries, blueberries, and lime coming to mind...tasty, different and well worth a try.

On tap at Swiftwater Brewing in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a vivid and opaque dark red color, with a small head and not much lacing.

This smells mostly like juicy and sweet raspberry, and not much else. There’s a hint of lime, but not much in the aroma that would suggest a gose or even a beer.

This is definitely delicious, but it’s so simple that it’s almksr boring. I’d want more sourness, more funk, more lime, more everything.

This is crisp and clean, and very drinkable, with a decent level of drinkability.

This is pretty basic but still tasty enough anyway.
