On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This smells like stone fruit, mango, peach, and grassy hops, etc.
There's a really candied and juicy hop character, but there's a lingering and kind of persistent bitterness on the finish. It's also a touch malty. This is a decent effort, but not one of their best IPAs.
This is medium bodied, fairly crisp, but with that lingering bitterness on the finish that kind of ruins it.
I appreciate the effort here, at least.

Comes in a really pale and opaque, murky yellow color, with a big soapy white head that dies away rather quickly, leaving a small foamy head and lots of lacing.
It smells like overripe peach, apricot, pineapple, orange, and mango. A bit of strawberry and really chalky yeast stuff.
The taste pops of ripe tropical fruit upfront--mostly peach and apricot, but some pineapple and mango and a hint of orange. Creamy doughy malt in the middle. Hints of oats. The finish leans towards strawberry and some chalky yeast, but not offensively so. Finishes lightly dry with no bitterness.
The feel is medium-plus, almost full-bodied. Moderately carbonated. Creamy and soft.
A solid NEIPA that will appeal strongly to those obsessed with the style. It has some of the flaws of the style but not offensively so. Overall, a decent beer.
