From draft at Swiftwater. Nearly clear in appearance, subtle nose, crisp on the palate and the finish. A nice Pilsner that uses all New York State Saaz hops.

Careful when opening, carbonation is very high! Clear golden body with a huge white head, visible carbonation. Grassy and floral hops with contrasting and complimenting fresh baked bread and cracker. Taste starts as if it is going to be hoppy with grassy and herbal notes with slight bitters, but their moment on the palate they give way to bread, grains, cracker and mild dankness on the finish. Feel is botanical and dank driven hop character with light breadiness but even more so clean and crisp body with a dry and but very carbonated finish. Surprised with how much depth there is behind the starring hops

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high white head that left lots of lacing on the surface and a large, thin patch of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of earthy and floral hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and flavors of earthy/floral hops along with notes of pilsener malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The aromas and flavors of hops dominate the smell and taste of this pilsner, but they are not overpowering in any way.

Crystal clear straw color, fluffy white head. Good retention, great lacing.
Aroma is cereal, hay, white grape, white pepper.
Cereal grain and wheat cracker. White grape and bell pepper flesh. A bit of peppery and vegetal bitterness on the finish. Bone dry.
Medium-light feel, well carbonated.
A fine pilsner. Very much enjoyable.

Pours clear pale straw-to-gold (SRM 2-3). The one and a half inch white head holds a bit before rapidly dissipating, leaving sticky lace on a Spieglau IIPA glass.
Crisp, with sweet floral notes. The floral components are quite prominent against clean water-cracker background.
The flavor is similarly clean with modest bitterness. The hop profile includes nice pepper spices. Light sweetness leads to a long, modest finish.
This Pilsner has a medium body and nylon texture. The carbonation is modest with only a hint of alcohol.
This is a good all-purpose beer for hanging around and watching or playing sports.

On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a very clear dark-ish straw yellow, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like a pretty basic pilsner on the nose - but it does smell like it was done well. I get mostly spicy bitter hops, with a touch of sweetness at the end.
This is well done. There's earthy and spicy hop flavor, out front and dominant, with just a touch of malt sweetness on the back end. I'd want a tighter malt profile, but it's a good start here. The hop character is done very well.
This is light bodied, and crisp - but I'd honestly want it to be a bit snappier and crisper. It's still very drinkable.
Swiftwater tends to make some pretty approachable and tasty lagers.
