A: The beer is clear amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge and thick lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of fruity yeast are present in the nose along with notes of caramel malts and toffee.
T: The taste follows the smell and has some sweetness with just a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, smooth and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the beer's smooth and clean mouthfeel. It also had a nice balance between the maltiness and fruitiness.

Opaque earthy brown body with a full tan head. Smell is the clear star of the beer: classic german yeast, brown bread, toast, smoke, earth, hint of molasses and heavily toasted caramel. Taste is not as focused, starts with same smoky earth but thins out with mostly brown bread, but does have the elevating finish with yeast as the star as is proper. Feels a little light in the body, but smooth, crisp, and on the yeast forward side of the style spectrum. Really nice alt

Single can from Half Time
Pours an amber brown color with a thick dense head, great retention and nice lacing.
Bready aroma with some sweet notes.
Taste is smooth and balanced with the floral hops complementing the malts.
This could served in Düsseldorf just fine!

Pours a a clear rich mahogany, big fluffy 2.5" off-white head that slowly recedes leaving excellent lacing - hard to look much better than this. Nose is brown bread, toast, molasses, coriander and cumin, stewed fruit, spicy hops. Taste is very balanced, like liquid brown bread toast; sweetness is dialed back, with some floral and bitter hop elements mixed in. It's really drinkable, and the crisp and clean mouthfeel make this is one a pleasure to drink. This was a random pickup, but I'll be sure to snatch it up again if I ever run across it.

On tap at Swiftwater Brewing Company in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a medium dark amber color, with a fluffy head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like fresh toasted bread, light tea and floral hops, bittersweet toffee, and herbs.

This is really quite good - easily one of their best beers. The malt backbone is nearly perfect - a little bit of sweetness, nothing crazy, with great toastiness and great nuttiness. There's a bit of herbal and floral hops, just enough snap to keep you coming back for more.

This is light bodied, drinkable, and super crisp, with a slight touch of creaminess.

Swiftwater hit a home run with this one - it's really great stuff.
