This one pours a very fluffy and very carbonated golden orange color, with lots of lacing.
Once the head settled, this had a wonderful aroma - soft peachiness, a touch of funk, some grassiness, and a light tartness.
I was a little worried that this would be kind of whack, with that heavy carbonation/big head thing going on. Luckily, it's tasty - with a light, juicy, and just slightly tart peach character. The Brett hasn't developed fully yet, but it's got a nice little funky thing going on, with some citrus and sharp grassiness.
This is light bodied, and soft, and very drinkable, with a crisp finish.
This is a touch lightweight, but it's still quite tasty anyway.
