This one pours a slightly dark golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lighty sweet bready malt, a slight fruitiness, and slightly spicy and bitter hop character.
There's really no sense that this is 8% - it's got a great balance between honey-sweet bready malt and spicy hops. It feels light but complex, and there's no sense of the slightly elevated ABV.
This is light bodied, slightly creamy, and very drinkable, with a great drinkability to it.
Lately, lagers and lighter beers seem to be what Swiftwater is absolutely best at. This is absolutely worth a look.
