This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like rich, dark maple syrup, with milk chocolate, creamy peanut butter, roasted malt, caramel, and coconut.
I wish this had some barrel to it - there really isn't any here. The first batch of BA Muncheez Truck, before they have it the BIG treatment, had some barrel to it for sure. It was also much boozier, and the adjunct work wasn't quite as clean as this one is. The maple plays very well with the peanut butter here. There's not a ton of coconut, but it's definitely there.
This is medium bodied, pretty rich and creamy, with a nice drinkability, due to the lower booziness.
Swiftwater has been putting out some quite tasty barrel aged beers lately. Keep them coming!
