On tap at Swiftwater Brewing in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a pretty clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and a lot of lacing.
This smells like bready malt, a bit of lemon rind, some grassy hop bitterness, some minerals, etc.
Swiftwater's lagers have really gotten super tasty lately, and this is no exception. This tastes very, very crisp, with a nice grassy and spicy hop bitterness, with a just a hint of sweetness in a strong bready malt backbone.
This is lighter bodied, clean, and super drinkable.
You don't see this style very often, so I had to order it when I saw it on the list.
