This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like a sweet smokiness, funky grapefruit, a brininess, mezcal, and lemon.
These are some challenging flavors that not everybody may like, but I enjoy it. It’s pleasantly smoky and funky, in a sweet and enjoyable way, with an earthy and smoky mezcal note, funky grapefruit, lemon rind, and a touch of citrus.
This has a reasonably manageable acidity, but it’s still a slow sipper due to the intensity of flavors.
This is one of the most interesting entries in this always interesting series.
