This one pours a mostly clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like slighty tart candied lime, with some grain and grassy hop character.
This is miles better than something nasty like Bud Light Lime, but it’s definitely drawing inspiration from it. There’s a nice, fresh, and authentic lime flavor here – dry, not too sweet, not too tart, just there, melding well with a light grainy sweetness, and a pleasantly floral and grassy bitterness that never dominates.
This is pretty light bodied, but clean, crisp, and super drinkable.
I’ve enjoyed every variation of Swiftwater’s light lager that I’ve tried so far.
