I think this should be categorized as a saison. Had a 12 ounce tulip at the brewery which was a rich slightly darkish gold with a thin head. Grassy smell with a hint of wine. Taste was a mixture of summery saison tastes along with a wine component that was fascinating with an almost perfect feel. A very refreshing beer that I'd gladly return to in the future.
