Having this beer on tap-at the brewery. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a a clear, light to medium golden color with a nice, fluffy looking white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served. Head settles eventually To a medium size ring letting the inside of the glass. Aromas of some bready malts along with some earthy, herbal hop notes. A very similar Flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready malts and some herbal, earthy hop bitterness. Not at all complex but spot on for the style. A very nice balance between the bratty malts and the hop flavors. Has a nice, crisp, smooth, light bodied mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a very clean finish, and The flavors linger nicely on my taste buds for a while after each sip in the aftertaste.
