Appearance: Arrives a clear tea color with a creamy on finger cap that descends to a film; splotchy lacing
Smell: Caramel and brown bread aromatics
Taste: Brown bread with a touch of caramel forward; a modest earthy bitterness develops, in the middle, providing a balanced finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: While it is lacking the earthy complexity of some of the better Milds I have tasted, it is a worthy effort

Acorn reddish-brown with a short khaki head leaving some coral lacing on the glass.
Milk chocolate, woody coffee, and dark bread meet an odd little tang in the exhale...kind of like river water and a hint of sausage...?
