A 330ml can with a BB of May 2018, so it's a little out of date. Acquired a while back from a webshop. Described on the label as a can-tastically hoppy session IPA.
A: Poured into an IPA glass. Can-conditioned and rather lively. A rich orange-amber colour with fine suspended sediment and intense carbonation. Produces a vast head of fluffy white foam with excellent retention; this slowly reduces to a persistent surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of fruity hops with hints of citrus zest, peel, mild tropical fruit, berries, grass, subtle leafiness, earthy yeast and caramel malt. The hops seem a tad faded but otherwise pretty good.
T: Tastes of fruity aromatic hops with notes of citrus, peel, subtle tropical fruit, melon, grass, mild leafiness, earthy yeast and caramel malt. Slightly sweet, followed by a moderate hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with lively carbonation and good body. Slightly astringent; dries the palate. Aftertaste of bitter aromatic hops, mild citrus, earthy yeast and caramel malt.
O: A pleasant session IPA that goes down easily enough. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are satisfyingly hoppy with yeast and malt providing balance. Nice body for the strength. Hops are a bit faded; I might review it again if I can get a fresher example. Thirst-quenching and worth sampling.
