This Wit is very hazy and dark gold. The short-lived, foamy white head briefly reaches two inches before leaving little to no lace on a PBGC tulip glass. Swarms of fine carbonation race upwards from within.
Orange blossoms fill the nose from afar, only to become soapy as it approaches the nose. Lots of wet straw and grain are present as is sweetness. Coriander is probably in the mix, though only faintly.
The sweet/bitter balance is well done, as is the zesty lemon flavor. There is an astringency late in the sip which only grows throughout the finish.
This beer has a medium body and is just short of crisp as it lingers on the palate. It is quite effervescent, while the alcohol is as expected. The texture is similar to nylon.
While the label is very nice, the beer falls short. This is unquestionably a Wit. Unfortunately the components are each a little out of focus. Nevertheless, I did enjoy it on a mild, sunny Summer afternoon.

This beer pours a fairly clear, lighter golden color. The head was white, 1 finger, but not long lasting at all. There is some carbonation bubbles rising in the glass.
The nose is a malty biscuit aroma. Slightly sweet smelling.
Taste - Quite good. Up front there's almost a fruity flavor, that, on the backside turns slightly tart. Malty.
Feel Quite full bodied, in my book. There's some carbonation bubbles that dance on my palate.
Delicious, and fun to drink. Sold Belgian Wit. Recommended.
