Tasted on tap at the taproom/brasserie in Raleigh, NC. Like all the beers I had that night, this was well-crafted, with ingredients and characteristics that would be found in original Belgian examples.
The beer was a little too hazy for the style and had no head, when a rich, thick head is normally a distinctive characteristic of the style. Other than those appearance features, I found this to be a great tripel, with delicious, authentic flavors and mouthfeel.
