Tasted on tap at the taproom/brasserie in Raleigh, NC. Like all the beers I had that night, this was well-crafted, with ingredients and characteristics that would be found in original Belgian examples.
This was a very malty dubbel with added flavors to make it taste very much like a chocolate orange candy, or a creamsicle popsicle. It was a cool concept, very well executed, but I'm not sure I would have liked more than a taster-sized snifter of this one.
