While the bottle says, "Bière Blonde Pils", my opinion this is more of European Pale Lager.
Slight haze to the straw color. Modest starting head that fades to film. Only brief slippery spots on the glass after each sip.
Half raw barley grain, half pale malt aroma. Very low hop nose.
Relatively light in taste initially, but the swallow brings some dryness and some hop bitterness. Thinner body and higher carbonation as is typical of the style. There's a harshness to the finish which I attribute to a stronger yeast presence. Nevertheless, the aftertaste dies quickly.
