Split a 22-oz bomber of this with my husband (a Christmas gift from his brother in Anchorage). This has a huge head at first, subsiding to a pretty lace with good retention.
Nose is of malt with a little hint of molasses.
The first thing to hit my tastebuds is sugar. Malty, a little roasty with a bit of bready taste.
Warm, generous mouthfeel. Very carbonated.
Overall a beautiful beer, ridiculously drinkable for its 10% abv. Just as well we only had one bottle. (Well, we have another but we're taking it to the homebrewing club meeting.)

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
