Pale ales can be dated back to the 1700’s, to a time when the pale was the rebel of the brewhouse, lighter in color than most brews of the time. Now, 300 years later, the recipe holds as a true and honest brew. Caramel and Munich malts, form a malty base, while hops brush the nose with hints of pine and citrus before flowing over your taste buds.

12oz can on Kenai Fjords Cruise. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of toasted bread, orange peel and floral notes. Nice toasted caramel taste with orange and a sharp piney bitterness.
