Midnight Sun has evidently instituted a policy of charging for tasters at the brewery. $1 for a 4-oz pour. That said, my money was wasted on this one. Admittedly, I am not much of a Wit fan, but this one seemed particularly bland.
Cloudy pale straw appearance, with plenty of carbonation. Aroma of coriander and Belgian yeast. Very mild taste of spicy hops and coriander. Very light, highly carbonated mouthfeel.
Two of us couldnt finish the 4-oz pour, because we were so bored by it. And this is their 12th Anniversary beer?
