L:. Pours a dark brown with hints of mahogany red and purple, with a very small head and no lacing.
S:. Dark stone fruit, cherry, a note of vanilla and oak, some caramel and roasted malt, some Candi sugar, a slight tartness.
T:. Tart cherry, dark stone fruit, vanilla oak and caramel, a bit of Candi sugar, roasted malt, a very mellow sourness.
F:. High carbonation, lighter body.
O:. This is a very nice sour dubbel.
