Thanks again ipa247. Snifter, reviewed from notes.
A: Mild gusher of a bottle. Pours an even lemon color with a big white fluffy head that faded to collar.
S: Brett and lemon fill my nose with good notes of citrus and earthy spice.
T: Brett, lemon, green apple and light pale malts. I get minerally flavors of seltzer water as well. Earthy brett comes through in the finish, lemon lingers in the aftertaste.
M: Super frothy carbonation, dry mouth but not crazy, light sourness.
O: I love me some brett but I thought this beer was just okay. Drinks well but nothing too exciting.

Bottle generously shared by ipa247. Thanks Jeff. Pours a hazy golden amber with a small white head that settles to a ring and leaves a bunch of small spots of lacing on the glass. The aroma is lots of funky brett, some apricot, green apple, and a light peppery note. The taste is dry with funky brett, apricot, and green apple. The finish is quite dry and bretty. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Not terribly complex, but a good beer.

Magnum opened at DLD 2012 by Sean9689...you're badass, bruh. Also, thanks to Alex (I've been saying this a lot) for picking this bad boy up for me at Midnight Sun while he was up there. So cool.
A - Pours a mirky golden color, frothy white head, spotty lace.
S - Citrus, stone fruit, tons of brett, light tartness. Not hugely complex, but still, for what it is it's a really nice brett-based beer.
T - Again, lots of brett, some citrus peel, light tartness, stone fruit. Pretty much zero alcohol notes, which is the why it should be after 4 or so years of age. Finish is brett and citrus funk.
M - Medium body, good carbonation, clean brett finish.
O - Pretty good beer, and as-expected, lots of brett! This beer didn't blow me out of the water or anything, but it was good and exactly what I was expecting (for the most part). Got to share this one with a bunch of people at DLD, and that's what it's all about.

Thanks Javier! Snifter.
A: Pale yellow with a big mousse-like head that lingers for ages. Lots of lacing.
S: Apple, pear, and melon. Effusive leather and earth. Balanced and expressive. Grains and biscuit with a light spiciness. Smells great.
T: Soft fruits are lightly sweet, reminiscent of pear and ripe apple. Biscuit and grains meet earth, leather, and faint floral notes.
M: Lower medium with high carbonation.
Overall: Excellent. I could drink a lot of this.

Thanks for sharing this, Bobby.
Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a bit white head. A really nice tartness on the nose. Apples, pears, and maybe some tropical fruit. At least some yeast and maybe some pale malt. Straw and pale fruits with some tropical fruits and citrus notes. A really good beer. Medium bodied with high carbonation.

Thanks to Ryan for sharing this one. Poured from a magnum.
Pours a half finger of white head. Color is a vibrant hazed golden orange.
Aroma: Bready and dry. Very Belgian like. Coriander, yeast, spices, grassy and earthy hops. Some oaky flavors.
Taste: Medicinal and funky. Very bretty. Very floral. Grape skins. Yeast and bready malts. Earthy and grassy. Coriander and clove. A lot of spices. Some wine like characteristics.
Mouthfeel: Dry and spiced. Medium bodied with a medium to high amount of carbonation. Ends dry.
Overall, this was a nice golden ale. Drinks very easily. I like the dryness of this beer. I could drink a fair share of this.

Reviewed from notes. Thanks to bmanning for opening this bottle.
Pours a slightly-hazy golden color with a nice white head. Really fantastic lacing on the sides of my tulip. The nose is really nice with some hay, light citrus, stone fruits, and a bit of barnyard funk.
The taste isn't quite as complex as the nose, but is still quite nice and funky; the Brett definitely makes itself known, and this is completely apparent in the feel which has a really nice funk presence.
Drinks quite well in general; I am a big, big fan of this and pretty much everything from Midnight Sun.
Update 04.28.2012: Thanks to Sean9689 for opening a magnum of this at DLD 2012. Unbelievable Brett presence in this one with a great dry finish. Scores bumped accordingly.

Light fruity colour with one half inch of foam, lots of spider lace. 2 months after due date. Some mold spus, funky aromas. Somewhat creamy and bretty body. Bretty bite and yeasty taste. Lovely. Satisfying and well-crafted. Thanks, Mr. Squires for your trip up to Alaska.
