Sink your teeth into this wheat! Killer Hefe is a traditional German Hefeweizen that has a balanced ester and phenolic profile with banana, bubblegum, and clove aromatics. Brewed with a simple grain bill and fermented with a Bavarian Wheat yeast strain, Killer Hefe packs layers of flavors while being light and crushable.

Look: Clear amber with a high off-white head that has good retention and leaves exceptional lacing.
Smell: Wheaty with subtle spices. Nutmeg?
Taste: Not too good. Weird underlying artificial bubblegum sweetness.
Feel: Fine. Medium in the mouth.
Overall: If not for the off putting sweetness, this would be a pretty solid brew. Unfortunately I didn’t really care for “Killer Hefe” and it’s definitely the worst beer from my variety pack.
