Had this on 2017-03-12 at the brewery.
A - Clear gold with a 1.5-finger white head and nice lace
S - Pineapple, orange, honey, floral
T - Fresh, almost ripe pineapple flesh that's a little tart. There's some earthy spice, biscuit, pepper, pine and medium-high bitterness )for the style) in the finish.
M - Light-medium body and medium carbonation. Prickly and very dry.
O - Quite bold, leaning towards the Session IPA style since there isn't much residual sweetness to make it a more classic American Pale Ale. I had it side-by-side with Lupulin Lager, which has the same ABV of 5%, and I preferred the Lupulin Lager. This is well made though with a clean fermentation.
