The start of our barrel blending project! We blended 1.5 year old Basil Hayden bourbon barrel aged Imperial Black Beerd Oats with some award winning, fresh Mr. Dynamite Brown Ale. The result is a stunning combination of chocolate, delicate bourbon and lasting vanilla. Enjoy and cheers!

Not much barrel character and the brown ale portion was too prominent.
