Water from fog?!? That is why the name translates to fog catcher. Let's see if it is just a marketing stunt or not.
Brown copper color with a three fingers thick beige head with good retention and leaving scattered laces.
Nice fresh aroma with predominant notes of nuts and cream chocolate. I am under the impression it does have a lighten mist background.
Flavor with notes of nuts, some dark chocolate and orange citrusy on the back.
Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshing and very easy to drink Brown Ale. On the mild side, it could be drunk on hot summer days. The water from fog gave it a lighter feeling with no heavy minerals. I would sure drink this again.
