Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hoppy notes with some citrus undertones, some resinous notes and light cereal notes are also perceptible. Taste is a mix of light cereal notes with some floral hops with balanced notes of resin, citrus and light herbal notes with some hints of pepper. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable but still not convince that Hallertau by itself is an interesting hops.
