Veiled, dark golden color with lots of activity. Thick foamy and frothy white 3 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with generous legs and strong swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet grains, caramel, honey, peach, Belgian yeast, and floral hops. Slick and smooth medium to full body with sharp crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish, dominantly grainy, slightly dry hopped with a very light brett effect. Great freshness and well bodied. Attenuation is good. Highly accessible of table strength, a bit too much under intensified, could be stronger or more spicy and fruity. Overall very good quality craft.
