A good white creamy head but with little retention and lacing. The color is golden and a bit less hazy than wath I would've expected.
Aromas: yeast, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise (but this one I'm not sure, though there is an other spice I can't identify).
Taste: very complex with notes of spices, yeast phenols, a hint of citrus and a dry finish.

Cloudy golden color with low activity and a mist of floating yeast. Extra foamy and fluffy white 4-5 finger head in a tall weizen glass, lasting around 15-20 minutes, with mediocre legs, okay lacing, and good swirl reaction. Flavors of lemon, tangerines, pears, caramel, wheat, coriander, and floral hops. Slick and oily full body with a moderate crisp. Light to medium strength finish, a bit fruity while more bready and spicy with faint hops. Slightly dry and bitter, more sugary. Filling and salivating, decently sharp and yeasty, yet the maillard effect is a bit too strong but at least it feels like honey. Still quite fresh, though slightly dull and too thick, lacks a good zest. Almost feels like a soft dubbel. Overall good quality craft.
