Poors a very bright golden yellow with very good foam and lacing. The color, really, is amazing. It's shiny. The nose is quite spicy. There are aromas of dry white wine, belgian yeast esters, and black pepper. Some clementine peel as well. The taste is amazing. Fruity, with some citrus, white grapes, a white wine dryness, spices (coriander, pepper, carraway). Carbonation and mouthfeel are near to perfection. Really one of my favorite, ever.
