Polar Pale is honey-golden in color and capped with a persistent white head. Its aroma whispers softly of hops...in tones of apricot, citrus and spice. Dry and balanced in body, lots of late addition hops keep the bitterness down but the hop aroma and flavor high. It finishes clean and dry with the lingering interplay of mild malt body and citrusy dry hops.

Nailed the Pale Ale style. Crystal clear straw color - no haze. Great bitterness, malt, kiss of hop flavor and aroma. Very clean. Crushable and refreshing

A little ruggy catty and stale tasting, also a little piney and bitter. Kind of scratchy, earthy and soggy. Not my cup of tea but the food here is very nice.

This beer hits the spot with a nice pizza and a good group to enjoy it with.
Citrusy notes and a mixed feeling of amber and hops. Light colored but fulfulling taste that satisfies and leaves no bitterness aftertaste.
The hops are presented on beginning of the sip and progress towards warm fruity flavors that are only distinguishable by the mandarin/Florida orange connoisseurs.
Recommend highly on a trip to the Moose Tooth. Friday nights are packed, make sure you bring the patience for waiting in line.

Served up in a pint glass.
Clear copper, with lots of bubbles and a decent white head.
Mild hop nose. One-noted but decent.
Taste is a good amount of hops, some peat, and a lingering earthy malt flavor. Slight citrus notes. More complicated than expected, and quite refreshing.
Mouthfeel is fine, and this is a drinkable brew.

This pale ale poured a light amber, head retention was nice and faint lacing scatterd about the glass. This is a very balanced beer. Hopping is just right, malt is solid, and there was a field of hay taste ?! that crept in here and there. A very refreshing beer. Hit the spot on a warmish day in the far north.
